International Career Development Certificate Program

An international certificate program on Education and Development Management brought together academic institutions from Uzbekistan and Türkiye in a week-long initiative that underscored the growing importance of cross-border collaboration in higher education.

The week-long initiative designed to strengthen professional competencies in education management, leadership, and institutional development. Through lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions.

Organized by NICHE Business Development and Consultancy Ltd., in collaboration with Fatih Sultan Mehmet University and Istanbul Aydin University serving as host institutions. The program ran From January 26th to February 2nd, 2025 with key focus on;
