International Career Development Certificate Program
The International Career Development Certificate Program on Creating and Using Artificial Intelligence Assistants in Education: Moving from Classrooms to Labs took place from 1 to 7 July 2025 in Istanbul, Türkiye. The program, organized by NICHE Business Development and Consultancy Ltd. and hosted by Istanbul University, provided an academically rich and technology-driven environment for professional learning and innovation.
The program brought together distinguished participants from Uzbekistan, representing a diverse range of secondary and higher education institutions, ensuring interdisciplinary perspectives and rich academic dialogue.

The program combined expert lectures, hands-on workshops, applied demonstrations, and collaborative discussions. The core thematic areas included:
Fundamentals of artificial intelligence and its role in education
Design and development of AI assistants for teaching and learning
Practical use of AI tools in classroom instruction and academic support
Transitioning AI applications from teaching environments to research and laboratory settings
Ethical considerations, data privacy, and responsible AI use in education
International perspectives on AI-driven educational innovation
Special emphasis was placed on experiential learning, enabling participants to actively engage with AI tools and explore their pedagogical and research potential.
The program delivered substantial professional and technical impact on participants by enhancing both conceptual understanding and practical competence in AI-assisted education.

The integration of AI-powered teaching assistants to enhance classroom instruction.
The development of pilot artificial intelligence projects within school and university laboratory settings.
The incorporation of AI tools into curriculum design and academic research activities.

Further proposed actions focus on strengthening digital literacy and promoting the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence among students and faculty, as well as encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration between educators and researchers. Together, these initiatives are expected to support the modernization of teaching practices and contribute to the advancement of research capacity across Uzbek educational institutions.
